If items are received and are broken or damaged the must be kept in original packaging, contact us with a photograph of the damaged item to log your return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Under the circumstances that items are final sale, this will be comunicated before the purchase.
When will I get my order?
As all products are made to order, lead times can vary based on finishes selected or location of delivery, typically we have a 2-3 week lead on orders.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Furniture products are manufactured in the Entrawood factory in Harrismith, Free State.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
